We recently held another engaging and successful meeting at Omotesando Toastmasters, filled with learning, encouragement, and positive energy.
A highlight of the meeting was the opportunity to listen to two contest-level speeches. After the speeches, we conducted a group feedback session where members shared observations, strengths they noticed, and ideas for further improvement. The discussion created a supportive learning environment and reminded us how much we can grow by learning together.
Our Word of the Day was renewal, reflecting the spirit of continuous improvement and fresh perspectives that members brought into their speeches and feedback. Participants challenged themselves, stepped outside their comfort zones, and encouraged one another throughout the session.
We also enjoyed a lively Table Topics segment with spontaneous speaking practice. Some of the questions included:
What is your best lazy routine?
What kind of dinner would you have on a cold day?
What kind of café would you open?
The variety of responses brought humor, creativity, and personal stories, showing how impromptu speaking helps us connect and think on our feet.
Thank you to all members and guests who contributed to the warm and constructive atmosphere. Through consistent practice and mutual support, we continue to build confidence in communication and leadership.

表参道トーストマスターズでは、今回も学びと前向きなエネルギーに満ちた充実した例会を開催しました。
今回のハイライトは、コンテストレベルのスピーチを2本聞く機会があったことです。スピーチ後にはグループフィードバックを行い、良かった点や今後の改善のヒントをメンバー全員で共有しました。互いに学び合うことで成長できる、トーストマスターズらしい時間となりました。
Word of the Day（今日の言葉）は renewal。新しい視点や継続的な成長を象徴する言葉となり、スピーチやフィードバックの中にもその姿勢が表れていました。メンバーはそれぞれ挑戦し、互いに励まし合う時間となりました。
続いて行われた テーブルトピックス（即興スピーチ） も大いに盛り上がりました。例えば次のような質問が出ました：
あなたの一番の「だらけルーティン」は？
寒い日に食べたい夕食は？
どんなカフェを開きたいですか？
ユーモアや個性あふれる回答が続き、即興で話すことで人となりが伝わり、会場の一体感がさらに高まりました。
ご参加いただいたメンバーとゲストの皆さま、温かく建設的な雰囲気を作っていただきありがとうございました。継続的な実践と相互サポートを通じて、これからもコミュニケーション力とリーダーシップを高めていきます。
